Project scope
The first phase comprises four electrically heated furnace sets planned around eight bases: six Φ1800 mm bases and two Φ2000 mm bases.
Hengyuan's scope covers equipment supply, installation, commissioning and operator training, with process data retained for traceability.
Controls and safety
The system provides an adjustable 200–690°C process range and uses a Siemens S7-1500 PLC with Hengyuan control software for evacuation, seal checks, protective-atmosphere management, heating, soaking and cooling.
The safety system includes sealing controls, water-cooled flanges and hydrogen-leak alarms. Final performance is governed by the signed technical agreement and project acceptance requirements.
